Joseph finished a computer packages course two years ago. He can type, he can use spreadsheets, he understands enough about design to be useful.
He has never been paid for any of it. Every job he has applied for online has asked for a portfolio or previous ratings, and he cannot get either without a first job.
He drives a boda in the mornings and studies in the evening at a friend's place where the power is more reliable.
